What is the slope and y-intercept of the graph of 3x + 6y = 36?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

where re the graphs ? >.>

OpenStudy (anonymous):

wrong question lol

OpenStudy (hba):

:D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok you got to turn it to y=mx+b from

OpenStudy (anonymous):

first you divide by 6y on both sides

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and you got this 3x+y=1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

then you subtract 3x and get y=3x+1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

3 is the m and 1 is the b

OpenStudy (anonymous):

m is slope and b is y intercept

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so slope:3/1 yintercept:1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hope that helped :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yess it didd (: thanksss

your welcome :)
