how to I graph a line that contains point (-3,-1) and has a slopt of 3/4?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

to graph this line, start at the given point then from there, "go up 3, right 4" to get to the next point. once you have that second point just draw a line through the two points you have. btw.... instead of doing "up 3, right 4", you can do "down 3, left 4"

start at -3

start at the point (-3, -1)...
