Consider the function f(x) = the quantity x squared minus x minus 12 all over the quantity x minus 4. Describe the graph of this function. Include all discontinuities, intercepts, and the basic shape of the graph.

I have a graph o this has a line that goes through (-3,0) with a slope of 1... but I don't know the discontinuities or intercepts.

I think the discontinuities are what X needs to equal to make the denominator 0. but I'm not sure.
