I'm not sure what you want here, as you don't ask a question. But this may help. I can't write outlines too well either, so I usually write, compose the piece first and then draw an outline from that, then compare each to the other as a check.

To write an outline you start by finding a topic. You put your topic as the title. You then list your three or more points in logical order. Those points will refer to your topic, and as you list them make sure to number the points. After you list your points you list the details beneath. These points will form your topic and or topic sentence. The details beneath will be in the paragraph to expand your idea. Hope you understand. :)
