special products are used in doing fast mental calculations. example:: 43*57 The key to these mental “tricks” is to rewrite each number as a sum or difference of numbers you know how to square easily. (a) Rewrite as 43=(50-7) and 57=(50+7) noe,43*57=(50-7)(50+7)=(50)^2-(7)^2=2500-49=2451

Or you can also use this: Find : \(59^{2}\) \[= (60 - 1)^2 = 3600 + 1 - 120 = 3481\]

OpenStudy (jiteshmeghwal9):

I can give u another method for finding sqrt ;i.e. (25)^2=|dw:1342096256350:dw|
