a 400v shunt motor runs at its normal speed of 20revs/s when the armature current is 100A. The armature resistance is 0.25 ohms. Calculate the speed, in rev/min when the current is 50A and a resistance of of 0.40 ohms is connected in series with the armature , the shunt field remaining constant.
