16/X=2/3
@stephstar101 Come on give it a try (:
I was gonna say the same to you.
Will you like.. Leave me alone? My bad that I don't understand. Get off my back.
It's not bad that you don't understand. It's bad that you're not trying to learn and you only want the answer.
You don't know that. I do try and learn, but I have dyslexia, which ,akes it REALLY hard. Just leave me alone. No one asked your opinion anyway.
kthxbye
Byebye(:
Hmmm, are you sure you don't want to learn this? I was going to explain it >.<
I do want to learn this. Why does everyone say I don't?!!!
16/X=2/3 First, multiply both side by X, what do you get?
Alright then, let's start! 16/x=2/3 <- this is your given information 16=(2/3)*x <- I multiplied both sides by x 48=2x <- multiply both sides by 3 The last step is for you to do, just divide both sides by 2 and you will get your answer!
Oh noes! Callisto, I'm sorry >.<
No worries.... :)
Okay wait. You multiply both sides by x and you get 48=2x right? Then you divide both sides by two?
Would it be 24??
:D
Actually you multiply both sides by X and get 16=(2/3)*x :)
>_< UGH!
No no!! It's not too terrible, here I'll show you! If you multiply 16/x on the left, you will get 16 because the x cancels. You multiply (2/3) by x and you get (2/3)*x! Just 2 more steps until the end!!
