Well the are code is completely irrelevant. So if you had a phone numer that was say 987 - 654 - 9876 there yould be 10 digits so now there is just 7. Ignore the area code thing.
Well {0,3,5,9} Is a subset of A and B. I do not know what they are wanting in this problem though
If I am thinking correctly A might be 1,2,4,6,7,8,9 B might be 3,05 really not sure
Well if they want you to combine them then it would be {0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9} If they want all the terms then combine it like so: {0,0, 1,2,3,3,4,5,5,5,5,6,7,8,9,9} I forgot what they call it but what you are trying to do would be {0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9} and {0,3,5,9}
