I know FOR SURE that there are health care apprenticeships http://www.exploreapprenticeship.wa.gov/health_care.htm and there are construction apprenticeships http://www.careersinconstruction.ca/apprenticeship also culinary arts apprenticeships http://www.acfchefs.org/Content/NavigationMenu2/Schools/Apprenticeships/default.htm so the answer is athletics
