Create a figure or drawing in Quadrant I of a coordinate plane that has at least eight points or vertices. Get creative! You can change colors, make a drawing, or try writing your name! Need an idea? Ideas: The first initial of your name, a star, a heart, a flower, a football?


Step 2: Transform the Figure
Transform the figure three times. Use each of the following transformations one time: dilation, reflection, rotation. You can use the same coordinate plane to create these new figures. Be sure to include the rule for each transformation.
