like if u look at a graph and there's a in equality. How do you tell which inequality it is?

well they have to give you an equation usuallay as y sign m*x+b where sign can be >=, <=, < , > if it is not in that form then solve for y :) ----- >=, <= if the sign is any of the above use a solid line < , > if the sign is any of the above then use a dotted or dashed line :)

ooh then you have it made :D basically now depending on >=, <=, < , > >=, shade above with solid line <= shade below with solid line < shade below with dashed line > shade above with dashed line :) Does that help?
