write the point-slope form of an equation for a line that passes through each point with the given slope (-4,3),slope = 1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You're saying it has two slopes?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im not sure what the question is asking. @Wired

Did you copy it correctly?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it just wants the equation

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok, assuming (-4,3) is just a point and the slope is 1: y=mx+b x=-4 y=3 m=1 Solve for b, then the answer would be y=mx+b with the values of m and b, but keep x and y as the variable (e.x. y=30x+50). That's a made up equation BTW :)
