carry out the distributive property on both sides to get rid of those parentheses... what do you have now?
all i want to know is if it can be solved.
you won't know until u try it out doing the algebra....
i got \[28+7x=-14+7x+3\]
that 7x on the right should be -7x, don't you think?

oh yeah! duh! \[28+7x=-14+-7x+3\]
correct... now isolate the x's by adding 7x to both sides then subtract 28 from both sides... what u got then?
