Yep, they use Euros. Most European countries use Euros. The word "Euro" actually gives you the hint.

Prior to the switch to Euros, Spain used Pesetas (not Pesos).

Here is what Spanish Wikipedia says about it: "La peseta fue la moneda de curso legal en España desde su aprobación el 19 de octubre de 1868 hasta el 1 de enero de 1999, cuando se introdujo el euro." But it does not say what the currency was in the 15th to18th centuries.
