If f(x) =x+3 all over 3 , then what is f-1(x) ? please help, i am desprate

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[y=\frac{x+3}{3}\] switch \(x\) and \(y\) (because that is what the inverse does) get \[x=\frac{y+3}{y}\] then solve for \(y\) that will be your inverse
