Probably raising blood pressure as adh (also Vasopressin) tightens the blood vessels. For that purpose it is usually used as a drug.
Her blood pressure will rise. Large amounts of ADH (Anti Diuretic Hormone) will cause uric acid to cause the kidneys build up. Thus, causing her blood pressure to rise.
