You're probably going to post some multiple choice answers in a minute, so let me first say that there are two ways you can do this...you can solve it with the information given, or you can use the multiple choice answers to find one that works. Since you haven't posted any choices yet, let's start with the "real" way.

And, actually...since we don't have choices, I'm not sure if they want you to use slope-intercept form or point-slope form. When you're given a point and a slope, obviously point-slope form is easier. They don't call it that for nothin'. So let's do both.

Point-slope form looks like this: \[y - y _{1} = m(x - x_{1})\] where y1 is the y-value of your point, x1 is the x-value of your point, and m is the slope. To find the equation, you just plug those numbers in and you're done.
