A really nice song in my opinion is Dan Seals - One Friend. It has very good melody and very good lyrics. it is also pretty easy to learn in guitar so you can play along with it. not much people know about the song i think but it is a very wonderful song

another wonderful country song is one of the best. He Stopped Loving Her Today by George Jones. very good melody and message. considered to be one of the country masterpieces

Well, I would say genre-wise country songs are the best. If you really like Taylor Swift, its good because she actually talks about love, and she sings country. But, songs are the best depicted on your mood. Like usually, when I am mad I listen to rap, and when excited I listen to techno. But, another good genre is just listening to the oldies, like teh Beatles and rock songs
