How is Linnaean taxonomy different from cladistics?

The Linnean systematics is an internally consistent system adapting to the fact that classification is internally ambiguous, whereas cladistic systematics is an internally inconsistent system only acknowledging internal inconsistency (i.e., ambiguity) and only over time.
