OpenStudy (migitmack):

Can someone explain to me how to solve this? 4x − 4 > 12

OpenStudy (accessdenied):

Do you know how to solve a similar equation: \(4x - 4 = 12\)? For the most part, they're the same until we get into multiplying/dividing by a negative or absolute values.

OpenStudy (migitmack):

I got the answer

OpenStudy (accessdenied):

What was the answer you got?

OpenStudy (migitmack):

4

OpenStudy (migitmack):

@AccessDenied x > 4

OpenStudy (accessdenied):

Yep, you got it. Just making sure. :)
