A sentence should do it. So I think you could say at the end this:I have since then realized my hobby has saved me and that if everyone could find that one hobby or recreational activity they too can indulge in the stress free life I have found.

I feel if end with that it leaves the reader with something to digest in their mind and is more effective than leaving them with a 'cliff hanger'. :) - just an option and opinion. Once again change anything you like.
