If you're looking for classical repertoire, play Czerny's studies, Beethoven or Mozart's sonatas to improve techniques. You could try something like Mozart's Alla turka - quite sure you'd have heard of it before

i think that set fire to the rain , sang by adele, is a great piano song. the instrumental is mostly piano and its very catchy. hope this helps.
