Hi @mathslover - yes, we've been looking at that a lot since you mentioned it to us. Seems to be an isolated problem - you're the only person we've found experiencing that, which is frustrating and confusing. 

We'll keep at it and let you know what we find. Was there a question in particular you're trying to bump? I can do it for you now if you wish...
