Help :) Explain why it is ONLY at pH 4.6 wherein CASEIN tends to PRECIPITATE ?

I'm afraid I can't offer a good explanation for this (haven't started studying for biochem yet), but it has something to do with the isoelectric point of Casein, which is also 4.6. That's the point at which the protein has no net charge.
