there are slightly different forms of oleum . some are solid at roo temperature. This form is safer to transport than liquid

because it is less reactive than sulphuric acid

yaa oleum is not reactive and sulfuric acid can be synthesized by dipping oleum in water it is simple method and avoid the danger due to sulfuric acid
