what is Eukaryotic cells ?
Well Hello, and welcome to OpenStudy! We can certainly help you with this- so lets start out-do you know what the emdosymbiosis theory is?
what do you know so far about eukaryotic cells?
Eukaryotic Cells Eukaryotic cells comprise all of the life kingdoms except monera. They can be easily distinguished through a membrane-bound nucleus. Eukaryotic cells also contain many internal membrane-bound structures called organelles. These organelles such as the mitochondrion or chloroplast serve to perform metabolic functions and energy conversion. Other organelles like intracellular filaments provide structural support and cellular motility. The function of individual organelles is described in detail in the Cell Anatomy Section.
Eukaryotic itself means true nucleus(Eu-true,Karyotic_nucleus)cells having proper nucleus i.e well developed nucleus is called Eukaryotic cell
