Can a body have energy without momentum & momentum without energy?

mathslover (mathslover):

1. A body can have energy without momentum. Ex.-You are reading what I am writing because you have energy but you don 't have momentum because your velocity is zero while sitting and reading this. 2. A body can 't have momentum without energy Because to have momentum you must have some velocity and velocity can 't be attained without momentum. So, one must have energy to posses momentum. Moreover there is no question of existence of a body without energy. So, if a body doesn 't exist how can it have momentum??? (Unless one is daydreaming or having hallucinations)

But there's always rest energy (which may not be what you're getting at).
