OpenStudy (anonymous):

How is the surface area of any shape is expressed. In feetand inches. Length and width. Cubic units or square units?

OpenStudy (shane_b):

It will be square units...either feet and inches or meters & centimeters. Bu there are lots of other units for length also.

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

you can deduce that by looking at formulas for example area of rectangle is length x width length is measured in let's say cm width is measured in cm too length x width will be cm x cm that results in \(cm^2\)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\large Area (unit^2)\] \[\large Volume(unit^3)\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Square units. Which is cm2 or in2 etc. it depends on the measurement used.
