Sarkar et al discovered IN080 its a protein that helps put the chromatin back in order.Ino80 helps restore nucleosomes after the DNA has been refurbished INO80 is an evolutionarily conserved, ATP-dependent chromatin-remodeling enzyme that plays roles in transcription, DNA repair, and replication.
