Question

I'm doing a culminating project to determine the relationship between 2 variables. I'm thinking of determining which car manufacturer has the lower percentage of car thefts due to meeting the "Canadian anti-theft system standard" by redesigning their car models with "immobilizer systems". The data I have already collected is a list of cars from manufacturers that have/have not the system from 1997-2007, also have list of cars and the calculated data of the "frequency of theft for that car(from secondary source calculations) Is it possible to calculate what I'M looking for with all this info
