guys any body knows how to suspend an user if he or she violate the code of conduct

Second. If you see someone violating the code of conduct, please click on the "report abuse" button. That will allow the moderators to see exactly what the problem is so we can take appropriate action.

You yourself, can not directly suspend a user. However, the moderators can issue suspensions if we deem it necessary.
