@rishabh.mission it is secure in the sense that no one on here sells your information or gives it away.
It is not secure in the sense that whatever you put up in posts, on chat, in your profile is fair game. Anyone can see those so prudence is probably wise.

If you have any specific security questions, we can answer them. Yes, I would be cautious of entering personal information anywhere on the internet. But we take security seriously, and have tried our best to patch any potential vulnerabilities.

We keep our private data in a private location :P. It is secure; all access goes through us.

Believe it or not, we don't have that much "classified" info. Most of the info we have on you is user inputted and visible throughout the site, the few exceptions being encrypted password and email. Regardless, we take it just as serious.

There's a difference between "exact" info and just plain wrong info. Our T&C states:

"[Don't use OS to] falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yourself"

But I don't think that mandates using yr full legal name. I think abbreviations, nicknames, etc are fine, so long as yr not attempting to represent someone else. If I'm wrong, someone else will chime in here.
