if we move the decimal over the same amount on top and bottom we get:

$$\frac{3.79}{9.1}$$

which rounds to about 4 on top and 9 on the bottom

I got it now i read my question wrong because it said Find the fractional notation of the ratio of 379 to 910 and the other question said write it in fraction not simplify
