A study of the diagram should show you that you have a right triangle with one of the acute angles given (4 degrees) and one leg distance of 2 miles with the adjacent angle being 4 degrees. Using those units you will come up with an answer in miles which you would more than likely have to convert to feet. Normally the height of the building would be in feet.
