Why it happens that everything on Internet works but OS does not loads up??

It was just a problem with the site. The mods/admins go it up and running again, like bosses.
It's just something that will happen every now and then, no biggie :)

Restarting it doesn't work. It was not an issue with his computer. It was an issue with the site.
