What is the best microscope to get a detailed view of the parts inside of a preserved plant cell?

Depends on what parts you're interested in... and how much detail you want.

Generally electron microscopes, if you want only the surface of organelles/cells/bacteria etc. then its the scanning electron microscope if not then usually transmission electron microscope which gives you a "sliced" image of the cell
