simplify (posting via equation editor)

OpenStudy (ledah):

\[\sqrt{16a}\div \sqrt{4b}\]

OpenStudy (phi):

you could pull the 16 out of the square root (4*4= 16) . same for 4= 2*2 that leaves you with \[ \frac{4\sqrt{a}}{2\sqrt{b}} = 2\sqrt{\frac{a}{b}}\]
