f you and your friend are moving at the same speed and in the same direction, what is the motion relative to each other?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if*

OpenStudy (shane_b):

There will be 0 relative motion since you're both going the same speed in the same direction. Relative motion is motion of one object, relative to another.

for both... there arent speed... for each friends both are in rest!!! :)

OpenStudy (shane_b):

You can picture it like two people standing on a moving conveyor belt...the distance between the two people won't change since they are both going the same speed in the same direction.
