If it's 30-60-90 based on the rule that a is opposite from 30; a sqrt(3) is opposite from 60; and 2a is opposite from 90.

across from 60 you have 10 sqrt 3 which equates to 'a' sqrt 3 that I posted above. \[10 \sqrt3 = a \sqrt3\]

The sqrt(3)'s both cancel out leaving us with a = 10. 2a is the hypotenuse's length, therfore it's 20.
