Hey can anyone tell me how are the titles given in her like 'Ambassador','Rookie','Life saver'. etc. Is it based on Smartscore? Coz i noticed that 2 ppl with the same overall smartscore have different titles.

Ambassador is a totally different title. It's not based on SmartScore

Rookie, Lifesaver, etc. depends on the title of your highest subscore. there are three subscores: Problem Solving, Engagement, Teamwork. whichever is the highest, whatever your title there is, that would be your overall title

There do seem to be a few exceptions to that. Take @lgbasallote for example. Level 100 in Engagement, so the title should be "Scholar" but it's actually "Champion."

here's a random hypothesis...

maybe let's say my engagement score is just 1,000 pts. but since it's the highest, im level 100 in engagement

however my problem solving score could be 2,000 pts but it's 99 because satellite has 1,000,000 pts.

that could be an explanation
