Is it better to study after school then play ps3/xbox games? or is it better to play ps3/xbox after school then study? I heard doing one of them causes you to forget your work? Pls enlighten me?

I think it is better to play games after school and before studying. Games are good for relaxation and relieving stress, and you can't study well if you are stressed out.

i found that this works when you get home do something for 1hour to clear your head then study for 1 or 2 hours(depending on how much you can handle) and repeat this process, found that my time was better spent instead of trying to overload myself

I agree with hamidmala17 you should play games first to make you more relaxad.
