No. That is not true. What I meant about answer questions was make responses to that question that guide the answerer so that they can answer the question themselves.
We don't just want to provide just the answer on OpenStudy. OpenStudy wants to teach.  
If you do see someone giving just answers, please report them.

well yea am a telecommunication engineering student, and i found some courses but aren't that much specified into the field...

I was going to say something about telecommunication engineering but I don't know anything about it. lol. But...if you want more people discussing your subject than what is already here, you can always tell people on your campus about OpenStudy. 
You know like your professors or other students in your class. 
It will be fun. :)
