I would consider the type of "if bobby is this many years old then his sister Mary is this many years old."

So: "Bobby and his sister Mary are masochistic and enjoy math games. Mary's age plus 2x bobby's age = 11. AND, to add to their pain... they realize that 3 times bobby's age plus 4 times mary's age = 24. They go up to their drunk mother and ask, "HEY MOM, here's the info..how old are we?" After holding back a sob because her husband is cheating on her with their maid Consuela, she says 'OK, I will ssolve your DAMN math problem, even though I know how old both of you ingrates are." And she solves it.
