Question

Hey folks,
I've manage to finish the first problem set, but have a question on part c. In the example solution code (http://codepad.org/aVfq5ezE ) the code includes a break within the for loop if newBalance <=0. Couldn't this technically lead to an incorrect answer in the scenario where the balance was paid off exactly in less than 12 months?
