you're missing the table, but you would find
cos(A) = adj/hyp
A = arccos(adj/hyp)
A = arccos(75.5/100)
A = arccos(0.755)
So use the table to find the arccosine of 0.755

i got 39, but heres the table
jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):
closest value of cos is 0.7547, do you see this entry?

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):
how did you get 39?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
wait's not 39, i looked at the chart and saw 0.11i and assumed it was 39
jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):
i want you to look through this chart and find me the value in the highlighted column that is closest to 0.755
OpenStudy (anonymous):
41
jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):
so cos(41) is roughly 0.755 since that's the closest we get (using the table)
