What are pre algebra basics

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Urg I haven't done pre-algebra in 3 years. @parthkohli do you know?

Parth (parthkohli):

Parth (parthkohli):

On a serious note: Pre-Algebra, as the name suggests, is the study of Mathematics that includes the preliminary concepts you need to know in order to continue to Algebra. Some examples are: 1) Exponents and Powers. 2) Integers 3) Fractions 4) Decimal numbers 5) Some laws like Associativity and Distributivity.
