Who is the intended audience for your final project? what does this mean?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

For example, if I was writing a paper on the negative effects of cell phones I might be targeting a younger audience such as college and high school students. It is the general group who you want to see your project to be affected by it.

Your intended audience can be chosen several ways. By age. By sex. By race. By grade (freshman, sophomore, etc.) By G.P.A. By the type of job they have. By the city they live in. By their hair color. By the type of car they drive. By their major (science, art, etc.) By their income. By the type of sports they like. The list goes on and on. You can target any group, no matter how small. What is your paper about? That will help us narrow it down, if you're still having trouble.

The intended is the person or thing through which you project is directed. It is the user of the project.secondly, It means" to whoM you direct your project?"
