What do you deem as the risk-free rate? 10-y, 30-y gov bonds?

I'm calculating the valuation for a Social Commerce start-up, so I need to find a value to use at the CAPM.

http://www.bloomberg.com/markets/rates-bonds/government-bonds/brazil/ if you are using the govies, which I think is too high for risk-free. If you're going to use CAPM, the expected market return has to be higher than this risk-free rate measure (3y yielding 8.++%).
