2x+3y+z=7
x-2y+z=-4
-x+3y-z=6

2*1+3*2+(-1) = 7
2+6-1=7
8-1=7
7=7

@nia_maepenix yesterday I was pointing to my post..

If you read that post then you could know that to verify our answers are right we simply put them in the equations if they come equal then our answers are right..
