Do you think Locke's philosophy "...that the contract between ruler and ruled could not limit the individual's natural entitlement to enjoy life, political equality, and the ownership of property." is true?

to a certain extent yes. there must be laws in place to prevent some things that might inhibit ones "entitlement to enjoy life" but should not be to extreme

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lets say, for example, for me to "enjoy life" i need to drive 100mph down the highway. of course this should not be allowed because it is putting others in danger but there is nothing stopping me from going to a racetrack and doing it there
